Jenn Janicki

Executive Director

Jenn Janicki is the Executive Director of Clinical Mastery Series.

A dynamic speaker and has coached some of the top producing dentists in the United States, with a focus on enhanced business systems, elegant communication, customer service and practice profitability.

As a director of CMS, she is able to fulfill her passion in touching hundreds of practices who desire excellence.

After earning an honorable distinction in business development for large corporations, she has incorporated those skills and strategies into the fundamental success of any dental team.

John Nosti

Clinical Director

Dr. John Nosti practices full time with an emphasis on functional cosmetics, full mouth rehabilitation, and TMJ dysfunction. His down-to-earth approach and ability to demystify occlusion and all ceramic dentistry has earned him distinction among his peers. He has lectured nationally on occlusion, rehabilitation, and technology (JVA/JT and T-scan).

As Clinical Director for Clinical Mastery Series he has authored and teaches the two-day “Ultimate Occlusion: Mastering Functional Dentistry ” ,“Ultimate Occlusion 2: Mastering Full Mouth Rehab”, and Ultimate Occlusion 3: Mastering Complex Cases” courses, as well as the “Full Mouth Rehabilitation Live in the Op” live patient program.

Dr. Nosti has consistently been a featured speakers at the BioResearch Annual Conference and “Townie Meeting” in Las Vegas, NV. He has lectured for numerous national conferences, including the annual sessions for the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and Academy of General Dentistry. He has also spoken for many  dental societies, and study clubs, including divisions of the Seattle Study Club.

Furthermore, he holds fellowships in the Academy of General Dentistry, International Congress of Oral Implantology and Academy of Comprehensive Esthetics. He is currently in the process of attaining the award of Master in the Academy of General Dentistry, as well as accreditation in the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.

Jason Olitsky

Program Director

Jason Olitsky DMD, AAACD, is the immediate past president of the Florida Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and an accredited member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. As Director of Aesthetics and Photography, he teaches portrait and clinical photography, smile design, and full mouth rehabilitation with The Clinical Mastery Series and is clinical faculty adjunct with Arizona School of Dentistry and Oral Health.

Dr. Olitsky owns WallSmiles.com, a photography business that sells clinical before and after images and portrait wall art for dentists. He is also co-author of The Naked Tooth: What Cosmetic Dentists Don’t Want You to Know. He’s been published on various topics of cosmetic dentistry, has appeared in numerous national beauty and health magazines, and serves as a product consultant for dental product companies and is a clinical consultant for Dental Advisor. He is also the official dentist of the Jacksonville Jaguars NFL cheerleaders, The Roar, and he owns a licensed modeling agency, Smile Stylist Model Management, which he uses to promote beautiful and healthy smiles.

He regularly appears on local news stations with tips for healthy mouths and beautiful smiles. Lastly, he maintains a private practice with his wife and dental partner, Colleen, in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida. www.smilestylist.com

Eric Farmer

Faculty Director

Dr. Eric Farmer graduated from the University of Nebraska College of Dentistry in 1991 after earning an undergraduate degree in Biology. Since then, Dr. Farmer has taken more than 1800 hours of advanced continuing education and has had the honor of serving patients for more than 20 years in family and cosmetic dentistry at his Wichita, KS practice.He is a gifted teacher and thrilled at the tremendous distinction to mentor colleagues in their studies.

“It’s a privilege to play an even greater role in assisting my colleagues with re-igniting their ‘why’ and accelerating their professional growth,” shared Dr. Farmer. “I’m proud to accept this position because I know it will only intensify my passion for teaching.”

Dr. Farmer is a member of the American Dental Association, the Kansas Dental Association, has Fellowship status with the American Academy of Craniofacial Pain and has Master status with BioResearch. Among his many other accomplishments, Dr. Farmer has been voted by his dental peers as one of the Top Dentists in Wichita and served as President of the Wichita District Dental Society.

Lee Gary

Professional Director

Dr. Lee Gary graduated from the University of Mississippi School of Dentistry and since then has had a strong focus on continuing education completing 100 hours of CE a year. His multi-location private practice in Mississippi focuses on comprehensive and cosmetic dentistry.

In addition to being an active member of The American Dental Association, Mississippi Dental Association, The American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and The Academy of General Dentistry Dr. Gary has won several awards including:

After completing courses with Clinical Mastery Series he knew he wanted to empower other dentists with the same passion, success and satisfaction he discovered through mentorship. Dr. Gary loves team building and efficiency as well as the entrepreneurial side of dentistry. You can often find him sharing his knowledge with other dentists to help them find success.
